Liked: Nothing......I would give it a 0 if I could. The faucet fixtures were rusty, very dirty behind the stands, a roach in the bathroom, etc. etc.

Shower clogged room smelled comfy...

Disliked: I booked my stay, and paid in advance. When I arrived to check in on the reserved date, they had booked my room out to someone else AND they refused to give even a partial refund.

Was ok

Liked: There was no breakfast items. There was bread, cereal, nothing else. coffee was old tasting.
Disliked: the bathroom was not to clean. No tissues. the fridge was not clean, alarm clock did not work, the other bed looked the pillow cases were not changed

Liked: Everyone that works here was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I'm going to Strayer University for hospitality and tourism. So, I know how rooms should be and not be. Unfortunately, the first night staying here I had to clean the room for 2 hours. It was really quite disgusting. I feel I should get a free night for renting me a filthy room. I have pictures, if you would like to see them. Also, if you advertise a continental breakfast you should have a continental breakfast. Wheat bread is not a continental breakfast. No juice. It's sad to be honest.
