Please make it more accessible. Also some more seal around the doors, hallway was very noisy.

Liked: The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There appeared to be some messy construction in the hall. Also there were stairs from the front desk to the first and second floors, no elevator seen. I have knee trouble and the stairs were pretty inconvenient.
