Disliked: Small and crowded. Should not advertise as free Breakfast. Pantry was bare. Staff was very friendly but they don’t have a lot to work with

Disliked: I booked and canceled my reservation because family was staying at another hotel. I canceled quickly received a confirmation. Super 8 charged me for one night. When called to get a refund they said Booking.com had to give my refund even though Super8 is the one that charged me. I still have not received any reimbursement. Because of this I may never use booking.com. I have sent emails to booking.com with no response. I have talked to bank. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Fair, but not a good...

Liked: Convenient to where I needed to be, clean, somewhat updated decor
Disliked: The breakfast was unsatisfactory. Toast and cold cereal, juice and coffee. That’s it. No plates to put your toast on. Missing toiletries in the room and the hair dryer handle was sticky with hair attached to it.

Liked: Clean , comfortable rooms. Good location
Disliked: Breakfast offered was Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Pop Tarts, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops!

Disliked: Terrible place. Smoke alarm was chirping when I got in the room. I told the desk clerk that the alarm needed a new battery because it was chirping. He looked at me confused like I didn't know what I was talking about. All he did was hit the reset button. At 2 am the alarm started chirping again. Since I was staying by myself I didn't feel comfortable calling for the desk clerk at that time. Also meant I was staying in a room with a non functional smoke alarm. When I went to lock the door when I was going to sleep I noticed the security chain latch was missing. I put the chair in front of the door and opened the bathroom door againt the chair. At 7.15 am someone was entering my room. I quickly pushed the bathroom door against the chair and the person left. When I checked out I reported everything to the desk clerk. He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I didn't believe I should have to pay for the room considering all of the issues I experienced. He said he couldn't do anything about it. TERRIBLE PLACE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
