Disliked: Staff on duty declined my credit card and wanted cash for deposit. I declined, and after some back and forth finally accepted Credit card for deposit.

Disliked: Bathroom needs attention deep clean and repairs switches wired wrong has 2 switches one doesn't do any thing the other turns on fan and light tub has dirty crack about 18 inches long accumulated dirt in the corners surface clean but really needs a deep clean

Liked: The location and the staff fast at check in and nice
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean had hair all over the shower had a old dirty towel under the clean towels the towel was a used dirty balled up face cloth sitting under the new towels so had to throw all the towels in the dirty pile floors where filthy should be mopped take a towel and wipe the floor and you’ll see how dirty the floors are each room should be mopped after every tennant nice headboard but you could tell they didn’t wipe them down prints all over the head board good thing I come with cleaning supplies the price and location and workers are nice just the room service needs to step it up also fix the fire detector there wasn’t one in the room it was broken all photos are attached to see what I’m saying is true I hope this establishment gets their housekeeping together because their staff is great

Liked: After a little confusion about the deposit being required in cash instead of credit card, it was resolved. Deposit was by credit card.
Disliked: Suddenly requiring cash deposit was very odd.
