Super 8 by Wyndham White River Junction

I booked out a room for 2 days. When I checked in on the first day, the floor was very dirty. It seemed as if it had not been vacuumed for days. The next day I was out the whole time and came back at night only to discover that my bed had not been made and the dirty towels had not been replaced. We were four in the room: my husband and our children, so we used up all the towels which were not replaced. I had to call the reception for clean towels. I had a package deal - breakfast and internet included. Breakfast was between 6am till 10am. When we got to the dining room at 8am there was almost nothing to eat. The choices were very limited.

Liked: The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Floors are dirty at check in.

Ok, but underwhelming.

Liked: Close to the interstate.
Disliked: No microwave or frig. The property was a bit rundown.

Liked: The most friendly and helpful staff. The location was great too. The bed was clean and comfortable. We were expecting queen size but it was alright
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. It's just that a deep cleaning would really be great. Older hotel so we understand the situation.

Good room for a late...

Liked: Quiet, easy check-in and check-out, plus the breakfast was a very welcome benefit first thing in the morning!
Disliked: The room smelled smoky even though it was non-smoking, and the door wouldn't lock properly.

Good location, outdated and poorly...

Liked: Good location at White River Junction near Dartmouth College. Easily accessible from the interstate.
Disliked: The rooms are old and badly maintained. The carpets had stains, room had a musty smell, bed linens were not fresh.The price is extremely expensive for the room offered

We needed to get another...

Liked: The latest cation was good.
Disliked: The carpet was filthy, the door lock was broken; there were insufficient towels; the bathroom so dated and dirty that we felt compelled to get another room in another hotel so we could shower.
