Super 8 by Wyndham White River Junction

I booked out a room for 2 days. When I checked in on the first day, the floor was very dirty. It seemed as if it had not been vacuumed for days. The next day I was out the whole time and came back at night only to discover that my bed had not been made and the dirty towels had not been replaced. We were four in the room: my husband and our children, so we used up all the towels which were not replaced. I had to call the reception for clean towels. I had a package deal - breakfast and internet included. Breakfast was between 6am till 10am. When we got to the dining room at 8am there was almost nothing to eat. The choices were very limited.

Liked: Staff was kind and polite.
Disliked: Everything else. The bathroom floor was very dirty as was the room floor. Furniture had stains on it and in need of replacement. Pillows smelled strange and towels were stained. Shower curtain holder wasn't secured. Bathroom door and door to room were both damaged. The motel should be closed as it's disgusting.

Disliked: Hard beds, gap under front door. Toilet over flowed, coffee left from previous client on microwave. Mold on ceiling. TV. Voices didn't match , not clear picture. Very outdated.

Disliked: The picture of hotel is wrong,one level.The handicap room smelled when door was open. The bathroom had black mold on wall. Returned key,left.

Ok, but underwhelming.
