Loud neighbors and little sleep

Liked: Beds & pillows are comfortable.
Disliked: My husband (and many other men) were staying there to work a shut down at the mill. Three nights in a row, he was awakened by loud neighbors to the point he called the office multiple times. Not only were they yelling, they had loud music booming all night long. The third night, someone apparently called the police on the same neighbors and they were removed from the property. This should have been taken care of the first night of the disturbances. Walls are very thin!

Liked: The property is in a good location, it is near several fast food restaurants.
Disliked: I booked a total of five rooms for a church trip. The sheets were dirty in at least three of the rooms. Also all the rooms were non-smoking but in one of the King bedrooms, there was a heavy smell of smoke and the room felt damp because someone had just used the shower. It was still wet. Lastly, the microwave in my room did not work. We went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and to switch rooms for the king occupant and the manager was very rude and refused to accommodate us.
