Very good

Okay, but disappointing

Liked: The place was clean and relatively comfortable
Disliked: The rooms were super hot when we got there and one of the rooms took HOURS to cool down. Also, in the pictures there were waffle makers and other options. There was cereal, and muffins. No waffles, no juice, nothing hot. It was very disappointing.

Overall we had a great...

Liked: It was conveniently located. The rooms were very large and the beds were super comfortable! Parking was ample. There were several places to go eat that were either in walking distance or in a short driving distance. Overall, all the staff members were helpful and cheerful.
Disliked: There was one employee in particular, a young lady at the front desk, who was supposed to stock the breakfast in the morning who clearly did not restock at all. She left the previous days items left on the counter and told the guests there was nothing left and when confronted about it told the guest she had restocked the breakfast. She clearly lied. Other than this one particular employee, the others were absolutely phenomenal!

Liked: Distance to water world
Disliked: The room was dirty. The staff did not track that we had already paid. The floor was swollen and broken due to flooding. The outlets did not work. Loud noise outside all night.

Disappointing

Liked: Good water pressure. Decent beds.
Disliked: Not clean. Smelly hallways and filthy carpets. Breakfast consisted of cereal and cheap muffins, cold coffee. No coffee maker in room.
