Not the room you booked?...

Disliked: I was not given the room which I had selected for booking. I selected the room based on pictures of the room and the description of the room. I was given a room that was unsafe for me, and after telling 3 different front desk people who said they would "leave a note", no efforts were attempted by the staff or management to accommodate me into a safer room, where I can use the shower without a high risk of falling. After the fact, I was sent an email stating that I had booked an ADA compliant room, and that's what I got. I had given this hotel great reviews in the past. I had no idea I would end up being berated and treated like the entire situation was my fault. They have, however, taught me to ensure the room is what I had booked before a check-in is processed. I blame the staff and management for my not being able to do heat therapy for my back, and putting me in harm's way with the tub height. I shouldn't have to send them reasons why I booked the room I did based on what they described and pictured.

Liked: Convenient to Rt 80. Clean room, bed reasonably comfortable and clean(!). We were there one night and it was very good. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Being close to highways and overnight construction made it difficult to sleep. (Not the hotel’s fault)

Liked: Front desk staff very accommodating and polite, room was clean, hallways smelled clean.

Liked: The staff was great and the hotel was clean. Could use some updates, but it was good, especially for the cost.
Disliked: The bed was old and had a sunk in area, and the bed spreads were clean but older and had dark (stained) areas on them, and one had what appeared to be cigarette burns on it. Otherwise, everything else was great.
