Disappointing that it doesn’t live...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. The price was very reasonable especially the pet fee, compared to other hotels in the area.
Disliked: Bathroom not updated, fan missing and not clean. The smoke detector was down and the room smelled like smoke.

Very poor.staff did their best...

Liked: Room in terriable state. Stains on the headboard toilet constantly running. Smoke detector removed. Bed linen had holes in. Moved to a better room. New room. Mould in air con unit outlet. Shower running all time won’t switch off.

Liked: I didn’t get to stay here due to no pet rooms available. However, I experienced the night time clerk and she was very informative and caring. Very apologetic.
