Super 8 by Wyndham Webster/Rochester

My stay at the Super 8 motel in Webster was wonderful; nice clean room; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom; it just was not equipped with a microwave.

Liked: Nice clean room; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom.
Disliked: No microwave.

Nice stay. Good for a one night stay for a concert.

Liked: Spacious room, excellent rate.
Disliked: Weird bed sheets.

Disappointed

Disliked: We were not aware until check in that Wyndham had sold the hotel and it was being renovated. Construction people, trash, etc

Lost our reservation

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The property was sold in the last 3 weeks and we lost our reservation. We were never informed. We showed up and we had no place to stay.

Hoping we don’t get sick...

Liked: No breakfast. Mold everywhere in my room. Toilet seat broken. Bathtub very very slow to drain. Poison oak around back of building.
Disliked: Everything

Fair value for the money

Liked: The location was ok if you were traveling east from the hotel, but was difficult to head west without going east first.Breakfast consisted of a small store bought muffin!
Disliked: Location , breakfast

Can do better with facility...

Disliked: Unit needs a good makeover, wallpaper peeling, bathroom flooring lifting, toilet need better attention to cleaning, machines all out of order, soda, ice, vending

Bad

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Ceiling falling down in shower. No chair, unpainted patches, bad hallway smell, loud talking in lobby all the time. Too many friends of clerks hanging out.
