Exceptional

Great value for the money.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the heater kept the room very comfortable. Nice roomy bathroom. Good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: My only complaint is that the curtains didn't close completely and we used the clips on a hanger to keep them shut. Not a big deal except the light coming in shown in my eyes while in bed.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was trashed furniture outside the south door. There was a disassembled air conditioner under the stairs. A four foot wall painting was laying in the grass. Our office chair had missing fake leather. We stayed two nights, our room was not cleaned after the first night. Breakfast was mainly cereal, toast, and juice. This is not a facility that is fit to compete with other hotels in Wayne.

It was a good value. Dont expect luxury but if you need a decent one night stay this would be good.
