Management should ensure hotel rooms...

Liked: Absolutely Nothing!
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean along with sheets. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky!

Not a pleasant stay

Liked: Room was clean, staff friendly.
Disliked: The rain woke me after midnight and when I stepped out of the bed I stepped into a huge puddle of water the floor was flooded. Management did move us to an upper level room but was no elevator to accommodate us and we are senior citizens with minor disabilities.

Good value, just know there...

Liked: the location was very convenient...right off the freeway, easy off/on. the room was clean and the bed was comfy
Disliked: I was surprised there was no elevator. having to lug my bags up and down stairs was not what I expected from a hotel/motel that was interior entry
