Liked: The location is very convenient. Close to grocery stores, family and friends that live in the area
Disliked: Old building, could use some updating, could smell marijuana at times probably used by other customers, windows very dirty, no daily cleaning of the room

OK stay for me.

Liked: Price and friendly staff
Disliked: The continental breakfast was over the counter basic.

Liked: Room was comfortable and HVAC worked well. Room was mostly clean.
Disliked: Not really much to eat for breakfast. Yogurt and cereal and fruit. Not too many customers there, so understangd the limited options. Perhaps add in products that do nto outdate such as oatmeal or other packaged snacks. Rooms could use some maintenance to spuce them up. Check that all things fucntion such as lights, and outlets, toilet. Toilet bowl was stained with hard water stains. Pumice use could improve the look and overall impression.
