Disliked: The king size bed was really hard and not very comfortable. The pillows were nice though.

Liked: I arrived and I was informed that my PRE-PAUD reservation was nonexistent. I was told my card didn’t go through even though I paid for my room on Friday. I was attending a wedding, and had to change at a gas station since the venue was not open yet at the time I arrived. I am so embarrassed, humiliated and now angry, because my card was STULL charged for the room I was not allowed to stay in. I praying that I get a refund, because this is the lowest of lows. And it also was my first time using your app, please don’t tell people to pre pay, then tell them they don’t have a reservation.
Disliked: I was able see anything, because even though you charged me for the room. I was told that I didn’t have a reservation.

Disliked: The lady was knocking on my door and told me I had to leave because I had asked for an extension until 1pm, due to being sick. The same lady YELLED at me that I needed to GET OUT and I told her that I had extended my stay then she told me she would stand at the door with it open and would watch me until I left. She was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and JUST AN UGLY PERSON! I have never experienced anything like that before. Then they charged me $25 twice plus $59 on top of the original cost of the room through Booking.com. This was the most HORRIBLE experience I’ve ever had in my life!
