Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Checked in. Upon entering room found a filthy bathtub, bugs in bed and burnt burrito on paper bag in microwave. Asked for a refund at the front desk and told only the manager could approve a refund, but the manager would not be in for 1 or 2 days and they would call us. We moved to a different hotel. Once home we never had received a call from the manager so my husband called. Refund was denied because the room was cleaned after we left and should have been acceptable to us. We were NEVER told they would clean the room.

I will never waste money at a Super 8 hotel ever again.

Liked: Excellent, recently refurbished so very new. Breakfast room well stocked. Very friendly staff
Disliked: Overall good location but lack of footpaths to get to restaurants etc for first part of walk so battling McDonalds traffic.

All in all comfortable, safe...

Liked: The receptionist Amy was super kind, we arrived late and she made the check-in easy, moving us to a pet-room as we were traveling with a dog. She even made sure we didn‘t have to move our car. The room had everything it needed and was clean, with a working fridge.
Disliked: The breakfast was not too great, a very small variety of food compared to other places I‘ve stayed at. The light in the room was a bit dark and since we got a pet-room, the room smelled very strongly like wet dog. Some smell is to be expected but it really was a lot. Still enjoyed our stay though!

Liked: Friendly staff, room and bath appeared clean, however , assaulted by musty, old smoky smell upon entering room. Unable to close curtain completely. We taped the gap to avoid light from the parking lot.
Disliked: See above

I couldn’t wait to leave...

Liked: There was no hot water in the shower. The tub was dirty. The bathroom floor looked dirty. The room was dated. There was a cigarette burn in my green blanket on the bed.
