Lumpy mattress, lumpy pillows, people...

Disliked: very little selection for "breakfast"homeless people hanging around the parking area

Extended stay

Liked: 1.Convenient, clean, parking ok. staff friendly. Had to extend my stay because of the doctors test.
Disliked: Cleaning products supplier broken, no personal cleaning products .Limited breakfast items. Locked out of room because of broken lock,had to change room. Heather needed help.

Staff was so Jude

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was nice.
Disliked: Behind the bed was filthy, finger nails, dirt, bugs and food. I was totally disgusted but didn’t want to make a big deal about it because I didn’t want to stress my husband who is a disabled Veteran.
