Disliked: They made a mistake to charge me double and then told me will return money in 3 business days, now 2 months later, they still didn’t return my money. They are robbers.

I would certainly use this...

Liked: The staff were efficient and friendly, good rooms, no complaints at all. Good location not far from the Airport.

Management not honest. Didn’t credit...

Disliked: Roaches and Bed bugs …… had to move my family to a different Hotel ……the manager stated I would receive a FULL refund….. nothing as of yet . I will dispute with my bank.
