Just average

Liked: It was nice to have breakfast included, and it was an adequate assortment of choices. Also nice to have a slide in pool for children and the hot tub. I liked the Dove cleaning products in the bathroom. Was good to be informed of towels for the pool at the front desk, whereas some places you get to the pool area and there aren't any available 😉
Disliked: When you reserve with booking.com you are told you can pay when you get there; but, be aware if you have native status that you can't get the no tax deal through this booking. Only directly through the motel itself. And if you want quiet at night, make sure you aren't on the first or second level. You'll hear lots of noise overhead; even after 11/11:30. Although breakfast was adequate, the first morning the eggs and sausage were cold. Maybe someone forgot to turn the hotplate on (?) The staff did keep things cleaned up well and stocked ! Thanks ladies. The pool is only good for the sake of coming down a slide. Very shallow and you can't actually swim. That was disappointing 😞 And the hot tub was warmer than the pool but by no means hot; and no jets turned on. Upon leaving, I did see a light switch on the wall around the corner and asked a maintenance man about it ? It was for the jets ,but no signage anywhere letting you know that. Another heads-up for front desk staff !!

Disliked: The location was very noisy in the evenings and throughout the nights we stayed there. People knocking on room door and the room was reasonable but not to the standard for the money.

Good

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. The room was clean.
Disliked: There was an issue with which room was booked and they did nothing to fix it, and actually charged money for a cot for our son. We had stayed there before with great service and we are quite disappointed with this last stay. The manager on duty today apologized, which was nice (she was very kind and understanding), but our son and my hubby are quite displeased.

Good

Liked: I gave this a 7 because the facility was really nice, and the breakfast was pretty good for the price. A few marks off, in my opinion, due to the noise. I've never heard shuffles from next door, and conversations all around like I did at this hotel. Maybe it was giants upstairs, or it was windy next door and they had to yell. Obviously, terrible soundproofing. Had to turn the tv up so I didn't feel like I was listening in next door. And then in the morning I felt bad knowing if I could hear them, they heard me, and I was up early. Unfortunate because everything else was great, but I doubt I'd be back to this hotel.

Do not recommend

Liked: The bed was as hard as cement, the heater made a load rattling noise. They could change our room because they were full capacity. You could hear every time the rooms next to you flushed the toilet. The breakfast was not good at all. The boiled eggs were previously peeled, cold and had a funny taste they never came to refill the sausage rounds. Not a good experience at all. So in the end we paid to not sleep or eat.
