Good overall for the price...

Liked: Breakfast included, starting at 6am, which was very practical for us.Coffee/hot water machine is available all the time, this was nice. Clean overall.Location is convenient for those coming to the UQTR ( however note that it is next to the highway, gas station and Tims across the road)
Disliked: We were lucky to have quiet neighbors as sound isolation is not very good ( we could hear people speaking next door). Also, rather noisy heating/ac unit (we had to switch it off to be able to sleep).Room was clean, bathroom very clean, the only detail missed by the hotel staff was dust on the furniture/fridge/microwave in the room.Carpet on the stairs between the floors needs some attention and better cleaning,Breakfast area was not large enough for all the people coming for the breakfast.

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. It definitely could have used some hot food items.

A great night’s sleep

Liked: The room was very large. We received a complimentary upgrade to a spa suite which was a lovely touch. The bed was super comfy so we slept so well. The location is good for travellers that are passing by. The front desk staff member on the evening shift on April 8th was absolutely wonderful - thank you for the warm welcome.
Disliked: The parking lot is not maintained in snow.
