Liked: The staff upon arrival were okay, the house keeping staff were unhelpful.
Disliked: I left a very expensive pillow there and haven't been able to get it back.. the staff have been generally unhelpful.

Disappointing. Definitely not for people...

Liked: Bed was comfy
Disliked: The rooms are not cleaned everyday. We stayed two nights and were surprised to see that the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. When we called to at least get new towels, they asked us to bring our dirty towels to the reception. very unprofessional and unhygienic. Besides, the continental breakfast is a joke. Canned fruits, hard boiled eggs and toasts does not make it continental.
