Super 8 by Wyndham Traverse City

We went to Traverse City for a concert and decided last minute to stay over. This motel instantly got our attention with an amazing rate, even on a holiday. We were a little skeptical but were quite impressed with the cleanliness, simple check in process, friendly staff and great location. The beds were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Very clean; conveniently located; great rates.

Disliked: No parking available when we returned from our concert.

Liked: Super 8 exceeded my expectations! The staff were super friendly. The room was super cute, clean, and spacious. The design in the rooms were modern and intentional. The breakfast was great. It was my first motel experience with young children, and it was really great! We at first chose it for being a cheaper place, but it ended up being really nice and had the feel of a more expensive hotel. We definitely will be looking to stay at Super 8’s more in the future.
Disliked: The bathtub wasn’t working, but the shower was great.

Liked: Stayed here for the Bayshore Marathon. Walking distance from the event and starting line.
Disliked: Was double charged for the room. Checked in and had already paid with booking.com, front desk staff charged credit card for full price of room. Was brought up to them and was told I would have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. Still waiting for refund. Very unhappy about being charged more than $500 twice.

Liked: Real laid back down to earth and the night desk lady was so cool and super friendly definitely be back next year
