I will be back !...

Liked: I loooooved how the front desk clerk Keyon’Drai, greeted me for what would be my very first time here as Super 8 took up this location. She made me feel safer, understood & like I was being accommodated with the utmost consideration. She put her heart in her greeting and showed familiarity with this location. When I came down to extend my stay, I was hesitant - due to my 3rd party booking platform, not making it seem as though it would be possible- but once I made it down to the front desk, I was greeted WARMLY by whom I believe was the GM of the property - Myra ! & if she isn’t the GM or someone whom even has a title over that one, SHE SHOULD BE ! I didn’t ask, but she had that air about her & def gave leadership energy ! & rightfully so. She had it all under control! Not only did she make sure I was good on my extension with a smooth transaction, but she also made me feel comfortable and interested in coming back to this location again and again ! I will for surely be back ! I even got a tasty danish & mixed blend orange juice for breakfast ! That was the cherry on top ! Oh and my dears Alejandra & Jamie- the housekeepers! These ladies were on It ! Anything I asked for - which I made sure wasn’t nothing too crazy lol- they over exceeded in either pointing me in the right direction or handing me replenishing stay items ! They were both very friendly, sweet, helpful, about their business & again, EFFICIENT! Oh and shout out to the security in the daytime and night time - that accompany and patrol the parking lots/surrounding premises of the hotel complex, definitely had a chunky portion of ensuring my comfortability and feeling safe. Thank you Super 8 - Tracy ! I enjoyed my stay honestly & I will for sure be back again soon !
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like & if ever I did initially, I forgot - do it must’ve not been anything worth disliking to begin with.

Horrible experience, unexpected "Cash Only"...

Disliked: We arrived at the Park Inn by Radisson in Tracy around 10:30pm Saturday night after 12 hours of driving from north Oregon... so you can imagine we were very tired.I had booked online a few hours prior to arrival via booking.com and sent a special request letting them know "we have our dog with us". We received a response telling us our request has been received and "There will be no extra charge"When we arrived, the woman at the front desk, who seemed very disheveled and stressed out, asked for 10cents to secure the booking that "Booking.com doesn't charge" she told me that booking.com under charges and she would need the 10 cents to confirm the booking. I found some change in the car and gave her a quarter.Then she said "you don't have a dog do you?" I said yes, i had specifically written that in the booking.She responded "That is $50 Cash Only per pet"I told her we didn't have any cash on us, just our cards..and a few quarters in the car, and she said we wouldn't be able to stay until we gave her $50 CASH it was 11pm and finding a ATM somewhere seemed ridiculous, plus this was at least $20 higher than other places we had stayed along the way to our destination, the other places had also mentioned what the pet fee would cost BEFOREhand AND allowed us to pay on our card as we payed for the full accommodation fee.We did not feel comfortable giving this woman $50 in cash!! especially after the email from the property had stated there were no additional fees.It felt wrong that she asked for "Cash only" and that we had to have it that night else we couldn't stay... how do we know the cash would be going to the Park Inn and not just the woman who seemed to be all over the place, upset, having issues with the computer and not seeming like she knew what she was doing.We felt very uncomfortable, and had to cancel our stay. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay that night.

Bad

Disliked: 1 they not have the key for the room if you like to go out you have to go to the front desk and let them know so they can unlock the room for you. The shower is very dirty too and the floors as well
