Very friendly staff

Liked: This was a last minute booking but the check in process was quick, the room was comfortable too
Disliked: The walls are thin and we could hear the rooms next to us, like people having fun or someone talking on the phone. the distribution machine for snacks was cash only but we didnt have any means to withdraw at the front office and there was no ATMs on site, but this was a minor inconvenience, i enjoyed my stay overall.

Ok, with all things considered...

Liked: The breakfast was good although we only able to partake of it once during our 3 day stay. We were either too early or too late to do it twice
Disliked: Even though the listing said there was a pool, it was closed during our stay. We were very disappointed and looking forward to a swim. We went out of our way to bring swim suits and water shoes with us during our trip. Slightly unhappy with all the marijuana smoke in the hallway. Thought smoking was not allowed in the entire building?

Spend the extra money and...

Liked: That there were many grocery stores, and train stations nearby. It is actually very hard to find anything good.
Disliked: This is one time, the previous reviews weren't being written by some picky people. Although, the staff at check in were nice. everything afterwards couldn't salvage this trip. 1) thing if you assume there will be staff to do daily cleaning, think again. It was never mentioned and while yes my family and I stay was only 2 nights, when you've been out and about and only came back after 8pm and see that you're room didn't get fresh towels, no extra toilet paper or even the bed made . Leaves a very dissatisfied feeling.upon checking out when we brought up our concern did they say, "oh you have to come to us and ask for the items you need."2) no elevators, no staff to help with bags so...if you're bringing heaps of luggage just beware of the staircase. (note this was one of the things they actually did warn us about upon check-in) The lightening in our room was extremely dim, thank goodness the bathroom was the only space which was brightly lit. 3) you can and will hear your neighbors. I cant tell you how many times throughout the night did my bed slide forward because of my neighbor, not that we got much sleep.4) this whole place I wish they have funds to do a much needed facelift, because I have been to other Super 8 and they have never been bad, they've actually been enjoyable. Its sad how this place looks. It looks so old and uncared for.didn't even bother to check on their Free Breakfast because at that point we jut wanted to leave. This was a lesson learned and will use my money for a better stay, please do the same.
