Disappointing

Liked: The front desk clerk was great
Disliked: The tub was dirty, the water came out muddy at first in the tub. It pooled before it drained. Water turned clear after a minute. The room was in poor condition, certainly nothing I'd expect from the Wyndham family.I was very disappointed with the lack of upkeep of the room.

Disliked: No shampoo or conditioner, only coffee and 2 bananas for breakfast, hallways extremely hot, 2 very small pillows on bed

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Furniture and facilities peeling, faded, falling apart. Sheets soiled with excrement stains in one bed. On other bed, blanket was so worn it had a large holenin its middle. Sour stale smoke smell permeating lobby, halls & room. Coffee and breakfast promised but not provided possibly because only one other group with a car was present.

Disliked: The room smelled.The room was filthy.The bed sheets smell like smoke.The back doors did not lock. The smoke detector in the room was covered up with a wash rag.Should have a refund for the room.
