Nice room but somewhat sketchy...

Liked: Room itself was updated and quite nice.
Disliked: Unlike 90% of rooms we have rented recently there was no microwave in the room…. Had to go to the lobby and use a filthy (I cleaned it before use) shared microwave.Vagrant approached as we were loading up.Front desk was “initially confrontational” and seemed to dislike the fact that we booked via a third party app (booking.com)

Liked: The fellow check again was very good informative polite friendly.
Disliked: Not a big deal but the door to the unit was very very stiff he had to pull it very forcefully to close it on your way out and the opposite on the way in. And the faucet in the bathroom was very very tight and hard to operate. It would be very difficult for an older person with arthritic hands for instance

Liked: The staff were friendly and went above and beyond.
Disliked: I was in Room #122 and noted the following. 1. The room was a "pet room" but I was told it would not smell like pets. It did. 2. The floors were sticky and dirty. 3. the shower had seen better days. 4, The deadbolt leading outside did not work and needed to be pulled shut from the other end to even close. 5. The dryer in the laundry room overheats regularly.

Liked: Not very much. Bathtub looked like someone puked in it but it was just rust. Did not even shower because of it. Wanted extra pillows or blankets to put on the bed as no cribs. Just got 1 pillow. Could not eat in the restaurant because of the 2 year old. Could not even park in front of the room because they have picnic tables there instead so had to park away from the room. Door was hard to close. Remote did not work properly and kept falling apart. I’m sorry but what a disappointment. We know to scratch super 8 off our list for sure.
