Disliked: There was a light that turned on every 90 minutes throughout the night, by the inside door. I would push the button to turn it off every 90 minutes the entire night 11pm - 5am. This was terrible.

It was subpar with the staff and they have no good customer service.

Liked: The olny thing I liked was the room was nice, they have good tvs! The hook up for my gaming stuff was very nice and the wifi worked well, there we also located near a lot of good food spots and stores.
Disliked: This hotel was not what I expected, the room was nice but everywhere I have stayed offered some sort of shampoo and this hotel did not, when I checked in the staff had a bit of a poor attitude and didn't offer to tell me any confirmation on my rate or what all I had paid for, they just didn't offer to show me any of just clicked threw the screen and had me sign it. I woke up in the morning and had expected breakfast to be ready so I went down and the morning staff had equally as bad of an attitude and I had to ask a few times to get their attention to start up the drink machine and when they ran out of plates the staff response was like very poor and they had offered nothing in place of plates, they also have very little options for breakfast as well with no hot food other than small waffles you had to do yourself. The rates are good as far as having a fair price but I would rather pay more somewhere else if this is how this hotel is. Housekeeping also showed up supper early to clear my room, my check out was at 12pm and they showed up at 10am, two hours early to ask if I wad leaving any time soon which was very not cool I paid to be there till 12pm. After speaking with the house keeper I had assumed that they would just come back latter but when I had packed up at 12pm and left they were standing right in my rooms doorway and stared at me the whole time until I moved out and just pushed past us to get into the room as soon as we shut the door. That bothered me a lot.

Disliked: I didn’t like that my room was dirty and that I was never offered todo the $100 cash deposit so I had todo the $50 deposit on my card (still haven’t gotten back) that he PROMISED I would get back in the morning. Then the next morning was informed I won’t get it back for 3-5 days.
