Super 8 by Wyndham The Woodlands North

It's a great place to stay at while being in town to attend a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Just a short car ride away. And very friendly on the wallet!

Disliked: Toilet was making a loud noise everyone we flushed. One of the beds didn’t have the brown blanket and I was really cold at night when trying to sleep. Breakfast wasn’t available which we planned on having Sunday morning at check out. There wasn’t a bath tub stopper so I couldn’t soak my legs in ice water after completing Ironman Tx triathlon. I asked the girl at the front desk for one and she said “we don’t have any…”.

Disliked: They didn't serve breakfast. Every morning housekeeping tried to come in to clean even tho they was a do not disturb in the door. They removed it and opened the door anyways. The maintenance man came in extra early to check the sprinklers. This could have been done when the room was not assigned or a decent hour. Not before 8am

Liked: Great location for Dickies Arena. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I don’t think you should have to pay for parking. It’s just a parking lot, not a garage.

Disliked: The shower and bathroom could have been better. I didn’t even want to use the shower because of the discoloration and peeling.

Liked: I was traveling from Houston to Dallas and decided to book a hotel outside the city, close to the highway, to avoid Monday morning traffic. The location and room were perfect, but when I arrived at the front desk around 12:15 AM, the staff couldn’t find my confirmation despite me providing the confirmation number and my passport. She told me I would have to pay the higher price for a room, nearly double, since I arrived after midnight and only double-bed rooms were available. However, she was very kind, and eventually, she found my confirmation and gave me the room.
