Comfortable bed to sleep but...

Disliked: Old, outdated. Handicap room had no hot water! Only tepid. No Kleenex tissue any where. No coffee maker in room. No liner or lid on ice cube bucket Toilet very slow to flush. Shower tub very slow to drain. Room security bar broken off. Hallway exit was filthy, crumbs and trash on carpeting. The morning breakfast was sorely lacking and available coffee was undrinkable. Machine needed cleaning. We left as soon as we could, though we had planned on a slow morning. We will not return.

Liked: Cost efficiency, location
Disliked: Holes patched with tape hot water hardly worked

Bad experience

Disliked: When I got to do the checking, the receptionist did not respect the value of my reservation made online and charged me more

Liked: Ithe waffle machine
Disliked: There were no bagels or any breakfast food without a bunch of sugar. No plain oatmeal either

A very uncomfortable and unsettling...

Disliked: Our room had bed bugs and the bites I got are horrible. It was as very unclean with hair on the bathroom door frame and the bed had stains. After we checked in they sent us to our room and the door wouldn’t open. There was someone already on the room so they had to give us a different one which obviously was wasn’t a good option due to the bed bugs .

Disliked: Paper thin walls, uncomfortable beds, stained sheets, linens were thread bare. No warm clean blankets. Not clean bathrooms.
