Disappointed.

Liked: It was a great location. Easy access while traveling.
Disliked: We had a second story room and there was no elevator. We were traveling and had to lug a bunch of things up/down stairs. The person who checked us in was unfriendly.

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Close to interstate. Staff and is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are decent. There is always coffee.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating. Especially the bathtubs.

Great way better then expected....

Liked: Front desk staff bent over backwards to be helpful way over and above including holding front door and helping take luggage’s out to my car

Disliked: All lamp lights keep flickering and we feel something are short wires . We had to unplug .

Nasty , I would like...

Liked: The property was great location to highway
Disliked: This was my 2nd night staying there back to back stays. This was after a snow storm where there was 3 inches of snow. Parking lot was not treated, sidewalks not treated, no heat on in the rooms prior to being checked in. The television was not working 18 hours in a room no television ( and they blamed the weather) walking the halls you could hear televisions in other rooms. Would not let me move rooms. Said all was out ( cable). This room was dirty, sheets wrinkled, dead flies in the window sill and a nest of some bug on ceiling. Tub had a crack. Walls had stains on them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
