Disliked: Check in was not good due to computer issues, then sent us to a room that was occupied. No elevator. Room next to us kids were noisy for quite awhile . blow dryer only blew cold air.

Price was good, nice pool...

Liked: We found 2 beetles by the sink, I killed them & took them to the check in counter at 11pm. We found a few fruit flies in our room. The fan in the bathroom was really loud. The pool & WHIRLPOOL were very nice. The bag breakfast was OK. I am suppose to get a 15% refund for the bugs...should have been more. The front desk person said we could leave & he would not charge us, but it was 11pm ! Where were we to go ??

Disliked: It was run down looking, hallways had a musty smell, walls were paper thin- could hear the neighbors most of the night. The pool water was dirty and cloudy looking and there was a broken light in the pool. The breakfast was a bit ridiculous, brown bag with a muffin, a Mott’s Tots Apple juice. We reserved a king bed and were given a 2 queen room…
