Clearly this is an older hotel. The halls and stairwells were filthy. Room wasn't too bad. We came for the concert and left early the next morning. Served the purpose for a few hours of sleep before heading home. Wouldn't go back.
Liked: Price.
Disliked: Cleanliness.

Liked: The staff was fantastic, kind, courteous and helpful! Good room amenities (toiletries, hairdryer, fridge etc)
Disliked: The common areas were run down and dirty. Corners of bathroom were dirty. No protein options with breakfast.

Wasn't worth the time, effort...
Liked: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast was far from what I expected — overripe bananas, strawberry yogurt left unrefrigerated, stale cereal from a questionable dispenser, dried-out bagels, and lukewarm coffee. The least they could do is offer fresh, properly stored items.The room itself was not much better. While it appeared tidy at first glance, the bedding had visible stains, which was unacceptable. The building seems to have structural issues — doors didn’t close or lock properly, and the trim was literally falling off. I brought this to the front desk staff’s attention, and instead of addressing the concern, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional: “Boy, is that a problem?”That level of customer service — or rather, lack thereof — was shocking and embarrassing. No one came to inspect the issues, and I left just hoping I wouldn’t be charged for damages I didn’t cause.Overall, this experience fell far below basic expectations of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.
Disliked: My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. When I arrived, I noticed that multiple doors were left wide open, which raised serious safety concerns. I approached the front desk and asked if it was legal or safe to leave hotel room doors open like that. The staff’s response was both dismissive and unprofessional: “You can close them. It’s not my job to close the doors.”I also asked if there had been a recent flood or water damage, as it made no sense to leave all the doors open unless there was a serious issue. Instead of giving a clear answer, they offered a vague excuse about airing the area out but avoided confirming anything.When I returned later that morning around 10:00 AM to inform the front desk that we’d be checking out a day early, I was told flatly that there would be no refund for the unused night — even though it was well before checkout time. We were basically forced to stay at a hotel that felt unsafe and poorly managed.Between the lack of transparency, refusal to accommodate reasonable requests, and complete disregard for guest comfort and safety, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Liked: My stay was cancelled by property because they told me I gave them a bad review to booking so i was forced to take my things to a storage unit and went to hfh hospital where I a am now but will be released today and to check into. Another hotel.
Disliked: I told booking they said the n word but not to me to each other.
