Super 8 by Wyndham Sterling Heights/Detroit Area

Clearly this is an older hotel. The halls and stairwells were filthy. Room wasn't too bad. We came for the concert and left early the next morning. Served the purpose for a few hours of sleep before heading home. Wouldn't go back.

Disliked: The staff referring to African Americans by the N word and there was no freezer even though there was ice in the freezer all the ice I bought was thrown out because all of it melted.

Disliked: Room was filthy. Bed skirts had nasty stains or something all over them. I strip the beds to help out the maids when I stay at hotels and you could see what looked like a huge blood stain on one of the mattresses. It was just nasty. I'll never stay there again. Wish I had seen all that before we slept in those nasty beds.

Left at 4am to head...

Disliked: Left at 4am to head to DTW and instantly got pulled over.The officer stated it’s because there is a lot of “riff raff” there definitely will not be returning
