Booking.com is a scam. Never...

Liked: Your website sucks ass. I was billed for 2 separate bookings in the same night in the same time. I just signed up to your web sight and I will never use you again. It is not a user friendly experience.
Disliked: I was booked to two different hotels at the same time I. The same night due to a terrible website format. I’ll never use Booking.com ever again and I’ll tell everyone I know to don’t use y’all.

Liked: The mirror in the bathroom look like somebody chewed on it the caulking around the toilet and the tub look like a three-year-old did it I found two roaches in the room rust at the bottom of the doors way bathroom door was chipped part of the bathroom was re stucco but not painted TV didn't work I called the front desk an hour later I went to the front desk different person didn't tell the second person that I requested it TV response nothing was done but really made me mad was I wanted to watch the final round of the US Open and I could not they didn't even offer me another room if you could do something I would really appreciate it

Not such a gear stay

Liked: Not much. They put us in the cut of the motel. Next to The laundry room. In a room they called handicap. But it had a bath tub & the bed was high. Could hardly get on it. Then the ice machine in the back of the motel was broke so to get ice I had to go all the way to the lobby.

Disliked: We didn’t like anything at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. We booked two rooms to rest after a long road trip of over four hours, but both rooms were completely infested with roaches — and we even found a worm in one of the beds. The bathrooms were broken, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and there wasn’t even a trash can available.Breakfast was supposedly included — but how can they call that "breakfast"? Just a cup of coffee and a cereal bar.This place is definitely not worth the price. Even the cheapest hotel on earth should have clean rooms at the very least!I WANT A FULL REDUND, MY MONEY BACK, AND AN APOLOGY ASAP!
