Liked: It was kind of close to the beach.
Disliked: Upon arriving there were so many people unsure if they were customers or not just littered around the entire property. Then, I was greeted by an assistant manager telling a customer that he can’t provide her with a suitable room because hers was filthy. I walk into our room and it was okay at best. It seemed like it was cleaned at a bare minimum. There were stains on the bedding. And a sticky film on every surface. There looked to be a boot print on the ceiling and the microwave was disgusting. Our keys kept having to be registered to our room. The pool had to have someone come and let us in if we wanted to use it. I went to get some juice from the “continental breakfast” that was advertised and the desk clerk was literally sleeping and I couldn’t get her to wake up. I tried asking staff for towels and nobody could understand what I was saying and said I had to wait until 10 but the entire stay nobody came in and cleaned the room or provided us with new towels. Then the first time going to shower there was a cockroach the size of a toy cockroach in the shower curtain and then we found at least two more one crawling across the floor and another on a drink. It was disgusting to say the least.
