Staff was nice. Just hope...

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Had a change of plans and had to leave on Sunday. I just called the office. I think i was charged a security deposit fee or something for 109.33 on top of the 223.63 I was charged for Saturday and Sunday.
Disliked: Non smoking room but that was booking's fault.

Liked: The location was great for what we had planned. The pillows were comfortable, and the room was very large - roomy.
Disliked: There were [bed?] bugs in the bathroom. Didn't see /notice them elsewhere, but there were several in the bathroom. When we arrived in our room. it smelled like someone had been smoking pot. We smelled smoke frequently in our room - although the hotel sign says, "no smoking". Yet, I did notice they have "smoking" rooms available on the reservation site. So - there's a big inconsistency there. Either it IS a smoking facility, or it is NOT.... ??? Decide and then - if not, enforce it. And take "smoking rooms" off the reservations.

The hotel was so bad...

Liked: Nothing. We didn’t end up staying here because the property was extremely unclean and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Blood stains on the furniture, roaches, smoking ash on the dresser, stained linens, and various blood stains all over the walls. I can’t begin to explain how much of a safety and health hazard this place is. It should be removed from Booking.com and/or shut down.

Nice place if you only...

Liked: The bed was decent to sleep on. The shower had good pressure but made a noise when stepping in and out like it might fall through the floor. The fridge and microwave were good. The coffee maker worked good but only had 2 packets to make coffee in a double queen room. The A/C worked good as well.
Disliked: The tv was difficult to navigate and there was no tv guide to figure out the stations to find particular shows of interest. There was visible rust on the bathroom door frame,the toilet seat looked out dated and faded. The toiletries that were alotted were 2 bars of soap and a moisturizer that appeared to be used. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the bathroom and the door swung out so you had to close the door to turn the light on or off. It was a smoking room didn't realize when we booked it (our fault) but it smelled heavily of smoke and my wife said she could smell a weed smell in the bed when she was snuggling with the kids and they moved around and one bed had burn holes in the blanket. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Entrance to the parking lot was too narrow and hard to find only looked like one car could fit in the entrance and one was coming out as we went to turn in causing us to pass it. Only one way into the parking lot.

Just travel a little further...

Liked: Easy access to freeway
Disliked: It’s dirty loud noise outside till about 2 am felt safe inside breakfast was gone by 730 nothing left saw a roach and there were holes in wall
