My wife and I didn't stay at the hotel after seeing the room and getting no help from the staff. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

Disliked: The lock on the room door was broken. The books were moldy. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty.

Microwave dirty and dont work, the refrigerator would not close and the bathroom lights were really dim and that room was tiny and dirty towels in the bath area. Carpet was filthy, filthy and filthy. I made this reservation on line and the pictures were very deceiving. The night was raining with thunder storms coming through and really late. So I stayed the night and left early asking to check out. The guy told me I was able to check that I was good. I wanted a receipt for the payment for the one room and he was very hesitant to do so. I left and went to the quality inn for the last two nights of my stay. I believe that I should receive a refund for the night of the 28th.

Disliked: This hotel was absolutely disgusting and should be shut down! Bugs smell stains people loitering. Didnt stay, walked in and about gagged from the overwhelming stench of the place. Room smell was worse. Bugs everywhere when we turned the lights on
