Disappointing

Liked: Many restaurants near by
Disliked: Our window was broken and wouldn't shut or lock. The sheets were thread bare. The comforter was stained bad.

Liked: Didn't want cold breakfast so we are at local restaurant
Disliked: Showers in floor level

It's the dirtiest place we've...

Liked: The girl at the desk was delightful and helpful. Another lady also was very kind and also helpful when we couldn't open our room. We were at the wrong room - oops - our mistake!
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned well. Spider webs in window. Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well. The lobby wasn't cleaned well either.

Don’t go here. It’s filthy.

Liked: Staff was supper nice
Disliked: Room was not very clean and had some repairs that needed to be done, but because they over booked opened it so we could stay. We made the reservation weeks in advance so this shouldn't have been an issue. Plus there was no elevator.

Exceptional price to value ratio.

Liked: This property was an exceptional value to price. We were comfortable, well accomodated & well rested here.

Very poor

Liked: The woman at the desk tried to be helpful. The bed was comfortable. The fridge worked. The continental breakfast included 2 waffle irons.
Disliked: The first room we were given smelled of urine. The second also smelled very weird but we were tired after 12 hours of driving so we gave in and opened the window. The carpets throughout the hotel were stained and dirty. The sheets in one of our beds hadnt been changed and there was dirt in the bed. There was still other people's hair in the bathtub, which was clogged. This hotel was OK a year ago - it has gone downhill drastically in that time.
