Super 8 by Wyndham St Charles

Loved the pool; mini fridge worked good and also good sized; rooms clean and comfortable; staff good; Uber service was fast and pleasant.

Liked: The staff was very friendly; maid service good; staff was very informative as to directions and places close to eat.
Disliked: Coffee makers in room.

Liked: The staff was very friendly excited to wait on you. Walked in super clean place even the lobby bathroom was spick and span shiny clean.
Disliked: There's nothing I can say derogative towards this place it was an excellent stay worth the money best I've had in St Charles for inexpensive stays. Nothing I did not like nothing at all totally nothing a wonderful great place

Disappointing

A few changes would help...

Disliked: Room was very dark. I had every light on and still too dark. i openes drape and window was dirty and frosted. Not much light came in and only lit up front of room. A siting area would be nice where I could see when my ride came.

Liked: The beds were super comfy and the staff for the most part were attentitive
Disliked: The 2nd floor was super hot and reeked of pot. Everything we opened our door our room stunk from it. I asked the guy at the desk about it and he said there was probably someone up there smoking it......it was however alot better the next day

It was okay.

Liked: The room itself was clean and well put together. The staff was very kind when I let them know the AC did not work in my room.
Disliked: The hallways smelled like weed. When running the water in the bathroom sink all you could smell was sewage.
