Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield East

We showed up at the hotel to check in; waited 20 minutes and not a single employee was to be found. Other people were waiting to be checked in too. Smelt of marijuana when we walked in. Very unprofessional. Had to call ConcertHotels in order to get our money back because the employee working was not cooperating or understanding at all.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

Worst hotel stay of our...

Liked: Bed was ok.
Disliked: Bathroom was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were blood spots on the floor in the bathroom. Black marks all over the toilet. Toilet was not affixed correctly. Hair on the floor. Bathtub had dirt marks on it. Room smelled like smoke and sewage at times. Multiple lights did not work in the room. Property manager was rude and refused to answer and then denied getting a call from booking while we were having the issues. Price of hotel room did not match the quality in the slightest. Liquor bottles all over the parking lot. I have video evidence of the filth in the bathroom. I am fine being charged a portion but I would expect that they at least cleaned the bathroom when I’m paying 190$ to spend 16 hours at the hotel. Had we not come in late and were only staying one night then I would have requested a different room but I don’t know that I could trust that anything was clean. Also had mattresses lying against the outside of the hotel. Literally the worst experience at a hotel. Oh and the breakfast was toast, yogurt, and stale cereal.

I will not stay here...

Liked: After my room was changed, most of my stay was acceptable.
Disliked: My check-in room, 221, was really bad. The TV did not work. There was NO hot water the next morning. Ceiling over the shower was falling in, had not been repaired.

Liked: Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and molded. Very heavy musty moldy scent as soon as you walk into facility and the room. Very small/tight parking area. Only positive thing was the young lady working the desk. She was very professional and polite.
Disliked: The hotel needs a complete gut and update. Very poor place to stay for people with respiratory issues and mold allergies. Air quality is very poor.

Disliked: The location, of the hotel was sketchy, my room smelt like mold upon looking to see what could be causing it. I found that the dresser legs we're covered in white mold. Appeared The bathtub had been painted with white paint. The mattress was worn out.

Prison would be better and...

Liked: Stale little debbie cookies brown bananas stale cereal
Disliked: No hot water in room cockroaches on walls in morning no extra pillows on premises. Patel was manager hotel packed with his family and the work trucks they had took up all parking therefore Patel would not let us park in front where it is safer.

It was ok.

Liked: The location was easy to get to. A little tricky with the median.
Disliked: The other people staying were rather unsettling outside the building. The landscape could use some TLC and the inside of the hotel needs updated. The elevator isn’t in good shape.
