Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield East

We showed up at the hotel to check in; waited 20 minutes and not a single employee was to be found. Other people were waiting to be checked in too. Smelt of marijuana when we walked in. Very unprofessional. Had to call ConcertHotels in order to get our money back because the employee working was not cooperating or understanding at all.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

Not preferred

Liked: Just location as it’s very nearby university
Disliked: When I went to this location , most of the beds are lying outside . People are smoking by opening their windows just near entrance. Not cleaned at all

I will never stay at...

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty with hair. The toilet rocked side to side. The shower over flow cap was missing and there was dirt and grim showing. The bathtub spot was bent down, I could see the copper pipes. The shower head had no cover, again exposing the copper pipe and insulation. Behind the mattress was also filthy, hair and dust all over.

Liked: Bed and pillows were comfy. Desk person on check-out was very nice and friendly. Convenient location. Shower was great and hot water was actually hot!
Disliked: Desk person on check-in was not as friendly as one would expect. Wi-fi was meh.

Worked for a late night...

Disliked: Shower was clean but faucet was barely hanging on and other plugs in tub were left exposed.
