staff would not return money...
Liked: close to the things we had wanted to do
Disliked: Room was very warm ? due to my medical conditions I ended up sick within the hour after arriving?. even though it was a smoking room the room did not smell clean and the bed spread should have been laundered or better thrown away

Superb
Liked: We needed a one night stay in Springdale, Arkansas. This motel met our needs. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The only negative was the carpet felt damp and dirty.

Decent motel with nice cold...
Liked: Nice firm bed and nice hot water.
Disliked: What breakfast? What swimming pool? Why did Patel try to rip me off by quoting me a higher price on the phone than my wife? Patel quoted me a room for $130 per night, while my wife booked the room for $94 per night...and it was worth no more than $75 per night. The hair dryer did NOT work, the cold water faucet in the tub is wrong - it is actually a hot water valve. Parking sucked. There was a broken down truck parked in front of the room we were given and it was taking MY PARKING PLACE!! and finally, when I first arrived at the motel, I asked the desk staff to see the room before I paid for it and she "huffed" at me! I asked what that was for and she told me, "It's a longer walk to the room you will get." I told her to chill...she was being paid to show me the room... LAZY!!! As for the pool, the high the days we were there were in the upper 80's and there (right now) is NO WATER in the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me a break will ya!? I would love to see this Patel refund half of my charge; that would be fair since he tried to rip me off in the beginning.
