Not bad at all!

Liked: Inside the rooms were nicer than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. It felt more like a higher end hotel than the budget motel it was. I would stay there again...if everything was booked in Fayetteville, like it was on our trip. The exterior was freshly painted and it looked like they were improving the appearance.
Disliked: The exterior was freshly painted, but they had some deferred maintenance that made it look sketchy at night. The doors were in rough shape, but I overhead they were in the process of painting them next. In the morning, it looked like several had been sanded down to paint. They looked damaged at night, when we got there. Our hinge lock was broken, and there were rust runs down the metal stairs, as well. The drop-down ceiling tiles in the bathroom needed to be replaced to match how nice the rest of our room looked.

Disliked: A ceiling panel had fallen into the tub long before we got there. I called the front desk and was told they were supposed to fix that. Well they didn’t
