Cute but DAMP

Liked: It was a cute hotel with good decor and a fun setup the employees were supre friendly
Disliked: The room was expensive and when we got in the whole room was damp the carpet was so wet it was rippled and the bathroom floor was slippery the whole time we were there......even the bed felt damp I think it's because it was on the floor of the pool but there were limited availability for rooms that weekend so we just stuck it out....still overall clean and nice....JUST WET lol

Liked: Upon request, I was provided with the requested amenities; in room arm chair and room was close to entrance. Breakfast was well done with scrambled eggs, Waffles, toast, English muffins, yogurt, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, coffee, tea, in other words, a great selection.

No Elevator

Liked: We were sat with this hotel. On registration there was a couple ahead that had difficulty in getting registered so we stood and waited quite awhile. There were 3 families behind us. Our registration went fast because we had a reservation. Unfortunately we were in 3 rd floor and there is NO ELEVATOR!!! At our age carry up our suitcase was hard.
Disliked: No elevator!!!! TV is on a table so very low . Hard to watch from bed. The big chair in the room was very spotted from use. Felt dirty although it probably was not.

Disliked: We arrived after a long 8 hours of driving and checked into our Room. 2 minutes later we found out there was no running water. no one at the desk when we checked in told us that the hotel was without water. it turns out they had a water leak and shut the water off to all the rooms! no one could tell us, or any of the other guests, when the water would come back on... if it would be that day, the next day... who knew? While searching for other accommodations, we also discovered that the TV didn't work, there were 2 lights in the room that we're not plugged into any of sockets (and there were no sockets available without unplugging the micro or fridg so there was minimal lighting. we ended up finding alternate accommodations and left after 30 minutes.
