Would not recommend

Liked: The 1 staff member was friendly
Disliked: No hot breakfast was offered not even cereal or toast and no room service /stay over service wasn’t told until after we paid and checked in no discount or upgrade offered as a courtesy for the inconvenience

Very friendly staff, but the...

Liked: We liked the alarm on the room door. It let us know when the door wasn’t fully latched or when our kids were trying to escape.
Disliked: We went to that hotel specifically for the pool. However it was very cold. Our baby was shivering the whole time so I had to take her upstairs and run her a warm bath too get her to stop shivering. It was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The hotel itself was also very cold until we turned the heat on in our room.

Disliked: The front desk staff seemed annoyed if you asked them anything and seemed quite grumpy.
