Disliked: Their profile says that pets are allowed with a extra fee. I made a reservation, arrived with my dog, and was turned away at the front desk because they have a no pets policy and refused to assist me. Staff and management weren’t even apologetic, they just acted like I was a nuisance and ridiculous for wanting them to do something about this problem they created. They still have not updated their pet policy on here. They cancelled our reservation and we were forced to find another more expensive hotel because all the others in town were already booked at that point. I would never recommend staying here for any reason with such terrible and incompetent management. It also looked visibly dirty inside and was in an ugly part of town.

Disliked: The bed was very saggy and lumpy. The cleanliness was about a 3 out of 10. But I am a house keeper at a nursing home. So I probably a little more critical than most
