Liked: The breakfast was OK. They had eggs, but the only fruit was un-ripened apples
Disliked: No problems per se. When I checked in there was a morbidly obese man behind the counter who was not the clerk, but he was watching the TV in the lobby and had the volume high so he could hear it - so could anyone in the first 3 rooms.

Liked: The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Liked: They held my reservation since last fall.
Disliked: They didn't hold a floor room for me, as both my husband and I have trouble walking, and without an elevator, it was not a fun time.
