Disappointing Facility

Liked: Nice people, quick to deal with problems
Disliked: No recognizable signage : I wouldn't have found it without Maps Navigation.If I could have safely continued to drive, I would not have stayed... even with forfeiture of my funds.Questionable electric outlets. There is a two inch open gap under the exterior door. Slow flushing toilet. Rusted lamps and bases. The refrigerator wasn't working, and then the replacement refrigerator had heavy hoar frost inside the freezer. Unfortunately, the bare minimum of a continental breakfast offering : 3 individual mini-packages of Hostess mini-doughnuts, 3 bulk containers of cereal, coffee, No one at the front desk for 9 am check out. Lights weren't even alight in the lobby/front desk/breakfast area.

Liked: The breakfast was minimal. There were problems with the internet and pool but my husband cleaned it and the manager resolved the internet and microwave problem. There was also a crack in the flooring of the bathroom floor which the manager said they were aware of.
Disliked: Things to be working well before we arrived.

Disliked: Horrible area - the beds/room were FILTHY - black grease, and what I can only assume was a fecal smear on the sheets. I was in the room less than 30 mins before my guest refused to stay and booked a room in Bossier. Meanwhile, Pete Patel "owner" REFUSES to reimburse my money. Do NOT waste your time/money. I tried 6 times to get my money back - I even offered NOT to leave this factual but damning review. Room 246. I had new sheets sent up trying to make the best of a bad situation. Changed the beds myself. Their people didn't even offer. After I insisted on leaving, they tried to get us into another room, but my guest wasn't having it. And they claim that because I refused the other room, I'm not entitled to a refund .. so $87 to change my own bed, be in the room less than 30 mins AND have to drop $150 elsewhere ... to hell with this disgusting location, and it's "managers"

Liked: It was quite. The staff there was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was nasty and the tub was peeling. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean so much old caked up dirt was on the wall
