Disappointing

Would have probably been better...

Liked: Online booking said they allowed pets but when I got there they told me that they didn’t allow pets and that I would have to get ahold of booking which I did for about a week or two to try to get my refund and when I got news back from booking it told me to contact the property but since they put that we had gotten the room which we clearly DID NOT get to rent the room as we had to drive to a different hotel called red roof inn. It would be great to maybe have gotten a partial payment back for a room we didn’t stay at or even the full refund for all the troubles that I have had to go through just to not get either a partial or full refund. I didn’t cancel the reservation because I couldn’t make it I simply got refused a room because I have a dog that travels with us.

Liked: It was cheap and I need it for a night.
Disliked: Smelled awful and looks like a terrible neighbor

Worst place!! Want our money...

Liked: We didn't even stay there. We asked to look at the room after a group of people threw their room key down on the service desk and said we are not staying here. It was nasty and had a smell throughout the building that would make a rat gag.
Disliked: Everything!
