Liked: Was clean; pool was nice.
Disliked: Was busy at the front desk and there didn't seem to be enough help behind the counter for that time.

I'd probably stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was not appealing. Had coffee only..
Disliked: Breakfast. Eggs or something hot besides waffles. More selections of fruit and cereal.

Liked: Our room was very large and well adapted for a family. Staff was friendly and tried to resolve issues that occurred.
Disliked: Our beds seemed to be dated and not real comfortable. Our room had a low level odor that seemed to be a smoker had used the room. When we turned up the individual room AC unit a strong odor came with it, pungent and laden with humidity while this did remediate itself with time we did buy a room deodorizer. Breakfast was a letdown. Small area in the lobby. Minimal drink options, few bread options and waffles a few dry cerals and packets of oatmeal. No yogurt fresh fruit etc.There was a very large contingent of construction workers here (road and cable and pipe work) making the parking lot almost unusable and mud and dirt everywhere in the hallways ( yes I get they need to stay somewhere but the parking lot and hotel were not well designed for a group of this nature and not really a fault of the staff )

Disliked: I’m writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my stay from July 4 to July 7. I actually left early due to the following issues:Unclean and uncomfortable rooms – The room smelled bad and was not in a livable condition.Hazardous water in the hallway – There was water in the hallway, and I almost slipped and fell.Key card issues – My key card constantly stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk every time I needed to enter.Violation of privacy – Hotel staff entered my room without my permission while I was away, which is unacceptable.Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable and unsafe. I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of my stay and hope appropriate action will be taken regarding these .

Disliked: No parking places...construction workers trucks & trailers took up many spaces. Had to park two blocks away
