Good Place

Liked: Have stayed here in the past. Good facilities and services.
Disliked: This is not the staff's fault, but the inconsiderate person(s) staying above me were extremely loud, moving about throughout the night and early morning and keeping me up.

Good room

Liked: Room was good.Breakfast was also good.Not all hotel rooms have a clock radio. It was nice to see yours did.
Disliked: Toilet paper shouldn't be on a shelf.Perhaps the bathroom is being renovated?The light switch in the bathroom took a little getting used to.

The front desk staff was...

Liked: Very limited, but it was ok.
Disliked: The air conditioner was very loud. There was someone doing bathroom renovations in the room beside us at 10:20 pm.

Liked: Booked a pet friendly room and when I arrived they said we couldn't stay there with our pet and had to find another hotel.
Disliked: Should have honored our booking.
